We operate a state of the art dispatch center, located in our corporate office building, staffed 24 hours a day to serve our clients. Dispatchers are trained to provide the best quality customer service. This is an important part of client and officer safety.

We are Always There for You

All of our officers are equipped with radios allowing us to dispatch them in moments to your calls for service. Our custom data base tracks all activity related to our clients, and all calls for service are tracked. This allows us to keep records of all activity related to each of our clients and has proven to be an important part of the customer service we provide. All our patrol vehicles are equipped with a GPS tracking system. This allows us to dispatch the closest unit to respond to your call, we always know where they are.

At Platt Security our clients are part of the Platt family. We are always there to take your calls for service, no phone trees or voice mail, highly trained dispatchers 24/7.

Video Verification

Platt Security is now offering live Video Verification. What this means is that when our dispatcher receive an alarm activation we log on to your home or business and do a live video tour of the property to confirm if anyone is on site 24/7.
